Gault Wellness Center believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and have created a fee schedule that allows care for almost any budget.  

We begin with a complimentary consult to establish your main health concerns.  Also, we offer a Free Exam for new patients - this gives us the opportunity to determine if we believe we can help you with your health concerns, and gives you the opportunity to see if you would like to proceed with care.  To introduce you to our services we offer complimentary introductory sessions (see certificates below).

Insurance

We accept auto accident, workers compensation, and personal injury insurance plans. At present we participate with High Mark Blue Shield and Premier Blue.  For other insurance plans payment is accepted at the time of service; as a service to you we will bill your insurance company for you, and your insurance company will reimburse you directly (according to your specific coverage).

Our office offers discounted package plans for patients who are committed to improving their health through a holistic approach. 

Family Plans

Our focus at Gault Wellness Center is to actively help you and your family in taking responsiblity for your health, wellness, and disease management.  In an effort to make living the wellness lifestyle as easy and affordable as possible, we offer no-charge visits for children under 12 when accompanied by a parent who is paying for *active care (*call the office for more details).

Health on a Budget

At Gault Wellness Center we're convinced that investing a small amount of your time and money to care for your health will be far less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover your health after it has deteriorated.  You will probably find that it costs less to invest in your health than it does to be sick.
