1. Eat REAL foods - not chemicals
Read labels—if you can’t pronounce it, it probably isn’t food! Avoid artificial ingredients such as artificial colorings, artificial flavorings, artificial sweeteners, etc. Avoid preservatives and chemical additives. Avoid hydrogenated fats, trans-fats, and fractionated fats. Avoid MSG. Avoid fast foods. Avoid foods that have been overly refined or processed. Avoid deep fried foods. Avoid processed milk.
2. Learn to correctly BALANCE carbohydrates, proteins, and fats
