For years now I have not been a fan of meal replacement shakes. You know the ones - drink a shake for breakfast and again for lunch and then have a sensible dinner. My argument was that you don't really learn how to properly change your diet for when you stop drinking the shakes.
Well I'm going to alter my opinion now! We have recently come across an excellent meal replacement drink for use with weight loss. This shake mix has excellent ingredients (unlike most others) and has no artificial components. But you ask: "How does that teach us how to properly change our diets?"
Good question. We have combined the meal replacement shakes with our dietary guidelines so you are learning how to create quality dinners (and lunches) while you use the shakes to accelerate weight loss. Recently, Jen has created an 81/2 x 11 refrigerator magnet of meal plans for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This makes planning your meals very simple and keeps them quite healthy.
There are several options:
- Drink a shake for breakfast and then eat lunch and dinner off of the chart.
- Drink a shake for breakfast and lunch and eat dinner off the chart.
