Weight, Inflammation, & Pain!

Excess weight leads to increased Arachidonic Acid (AA) production in the body. Arachidonic Acid leads to inflammation, and inflammation leads to pain.
And to add to the problem, AA also leads to increased Cortisol production. Excess cortisol cause increased weight gain, especially around the mid section. Increased AA also contributes to increased free radical production, which leads to more inflammation and, therefore, more pain.
All this increased inflammation and pain then tends to cause people to reduce or eliminate any exercise. Without exercise, you reduce your ability to produce endorphins, which help reduce pain and inflammation.
At this point, many people are caught in a vicious cycle of increasing weight, increasing inflammation, and increasing pain.
This is where our RVL weight loss system becomes an excellent place to begin.
