Spring is Coming!

It may be hard to believe but spring is just around the corner. I don't know about you, but I "found" a few pounds over the holidays that now need to be "lost."
We (actually Jen) have been working hard on a recipe book for meal replacement shakes. These shakes allow you to substitute a shake for one or two meals a day. Since drinking the same shake over and over again could get tiring, she has developed 31 recipes for the shake mix. I have personally sampled some of these recipes and they are quite delicious.
Along with the shakes are meal plans and ideas to assist you in moving toward a very healthy, but simple, diet. The meals are easy to prepare and require little time and straightforward ingredients.
