Insurance
We accept auto accident, workers compensation, and personal injury insurance plans. In addition we currently  participate with High Mark Blue Shield and Premier Blue.  For other insurance plans payment is accepted at the time of service; as a service to you we will bill your insurance company for you, and your insurance company will reimburse you directly according to your specific coverage.   

Payment Options
We accept cash, check, and credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover).  Treatment plans are highly individualized depending on your health needs and goals.  Monthly payment plans may be considered on an individual basis.

Consistently investing a small amount of your time and money to care for your health is far less time consuming and far less expensive than trying to recover your health after it has deteriorated.  Gault Wellness can empower you to be pro-active with diet, exercise, and lifestyle choices.  Generally the more pro-active you are, the less outside help you will need.
