Peanut Butter Protein Shake - YUM!

This shake is one of my all-time favorites!!! It is perfect for:
- no time for breakfast
- weight loss meal replacement
- a healthier version of a peanut butter icecream milkshake
- not just acceptable but actually GOOD for diabetics & people with heart disease & high cholesterol!
Start with a healthy protein powder - vanilla flavor. Make sure the ingredients are "clean" (all natural with no additives or artificial ingredients including no artificial sweeteners like sucralose).

You will also need peanut butter... the real stuff! Again, get an all-natural version with no hydrogenated fats such as:
Now for the recipe:
- 1 Cup Whole Raw Milk
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Cup Ice Cubes
- 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
Put all ingredients into blender. Mix on med-high until smooth (~1 min.)
